With the keto diet, you can still enjoy chocolate, sweets and most everything else you think you might miss. One of the best things about this diet is you will find yourself cooking, using more whole foods and more authentic ingredients.

Another great thing about the diet is you lose weight more quickly. This is very motivating to people who are frustrated trying to figure out what foods to eat and going hungry by only counting calories.
